"I like the brand, but the shipping was slow"
I’ve always liked this brand and usually feel good about ordering from them, so I was a little disappointed this time. The product was fine, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. I still want to keep buying from them, but the slow shipping definitely makes me think twice.

"Customer service just made things more frustrating"
I reached out because I needed help with my order, but the whole experience was annoying. The replies were slow and super short, and every time I thought we were getting somewhere, they kept asking me to verify the same info again. It felt like no one was really paying attention or cared about fixing the issue. After dealing with that, I definitely wouldn’t order from them again

"Pretty decent, but not perfect"
It’s alright for the price. It feels sturdy enough, but I did notice a few little marks on the finish. Not a bad buy overall, I just kinda expected it to be a bit nicer

"Felt Like a Big Price Tag for a Average Buy"
I really wanted this to be the moment where I opened it up and felt like the money was totally justified, but sadly... no grand reveal happened. The quality is fine, nothing terrible, but for the price I expected way more. It just didn’t feel worth what I paid

"Easy return with no hassle"
I had a feeling I should double-check the sizing before ordering from iheartsynergee.com, but I went with my first pick and of course it ended up being the wrong size. Luckily, the return process was really straightforward and I didn’t have to go through a bunch of back-and-forth emails, which I appreciated.

The refund also showed up quicker than I expected. It wasn’t anything over the top, just an easy, smooth return experience that made me trust ordering from them again next time.

The box showed up a little crushed, but the packaging still held up and everything inside was okay. The whole process was easy from ordering to delivery, so no real complaints.

I ordered this from iheartsynergee.com, putting it together was way more frustrating than I thought it would be. All the parts were there, which was good, but the instructions felt unclear in a few spots, so I kept second-guessing myself and hoping I was doing it right.

It ended up taking much longer than I planned, and I even had to redo one section twice, which was so annoying. The product is working okay now, but the assembly process really tested my patience.

It gets the job done, so I can’t complain too much, but it’s definitely not as smooth as I expected. Feels a little wobbly at times, like maybe they could’ve tightened up the design a bit before sending it out.

"Warranty was just easy"
I had a part on my rack give me some trouble, so I emailed them about the warranty. They got back to me quickly and just sent out a replacement without turning it into a big hassle. Really happy with how they handled it.

"They sent me the wrong stuff"
My order finally showed up, and of course it wasn’t even what I actually picked. One item was the wrong size, and another one was just completely different. I went back and checked my receipt thinking maybe I messed up, but nope, I ordered everything correctly. So I have no idea how they managed to get it this wrong. it’s just frustrating to deal with, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again
